About me.

I’ve built two agencies from scratch, in Italy, then in London.

I led a 25-person team across five countries serving international clients while managing to win some awards. Along the way, I’ve worked with companies navigating growth, chaos, and everything in between.

I’ve seen what happens when strategy and operations click, and when don’t.

Today, I work with founders and leadership teams who want direction, not noise.

Clarity over complexity. Calm over chaos. Real alignment that sticks for the long run.

Outside of work, I cook obsessively, travel often, and stop to pet every cat I meet in London.
